The entire experience was pleasant and stress free. Janis is extremely approachable and professional. I followed the making of the piece with the pictures and comments Janis sent me. The bracelet she created is gorgeous and I couldn't been happier with the outcome. It's actually a bracelet to commemorate my 25 wedding anniversary.
