Hershal was terrific! He was easy to work with, and the quality of the piece that he created for me was amazing! The artistry and craftsmanship were second to none, and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again, and/or refer him to others. Thank you, Hershal!

Hershal made me a watch to give to my new husband on our wedding day. It looks amazing and he had it to me in a timely manner ( even though I kind of waited til the last minute to order it) thanks so much Hershal I know he is going to love it!!!

tl;dr - My experience with Hershal could not have been more perfect. 100% Thrilled. I came to CustomMade in somewhat of a panic as the plans I had made previously fell through and I was left high and dry. I proposed my idea, and set a rather restrictive time limit. Hershel offered to complete my project and I took him up on his proposal. My idea was essentially a hand drawn sketch and a few sentences - Hershal took that and with a few constructive comments helped me bring my idea into reality. I will be giving this to my wife, tomorrow, for our anniversary and I am sure she will also be thrilled. Nothing but a pure success working with Hershal. Many thanks.

Working with Hershal was a great experience from start to finish. I loved that he shared his own thoughts on the work I was having done to try and improve it and he always would get back to me in a timely fashion. He definitely puts everything he has into his work. If I ever need another piece of jewelry made again, he'll be my guy!

Unfortunately my experience was not a smooth one. The project was not completed by original date and end result was unsatisfactory. Custom Made has been helpful and is currently working towards a positive resolution of this issue.
