This Watch Hutch is simply a place to hang your pocket watch while you are not carrying it with you. It is made to look like a tall clock with just the face of the watch showing. Tall Clocks were an expensive item in the 18th century, but perhaps you could only afford a pocket watch this was an elegant way to display your watch at home. Each Hutch is custom made to fit your pocket watch.
