We constructed this well-placed pergola to accompany a gorgeous pool house that was featured in a Designer Showcase.
One of the challenges we faced was working with the solid wood, which expands and contracts, and we built this piece with those factors in mind.
The process shots in our shop demonstrate the technique with our router and custom-design cutter to put it together with interesting ridges, slots and structural ribs.
