The Rainbow Hoops are made from sterling silver and colorful niobium coils. Niobium is called a reactive metal because it changes color with different voltages of electricity. Once it has a color that color is permanent is corresponds to a specific electrical voltage. These rainbow hoop earrings … have navy blue, pink, yellow, green, purple, and teal blue niobium coils with 2mm sterling beads separating each color. These earrings are multicolored and inspired by the wonderfully beautiful rainbows I see in my Hawaii studio.
