Phi Home Designs touched almost every aspect of this home and addition. Full historic renovation of this Federal included the main house, a garage with apartment above and a pool house. There was extensive cabinetry and trim throughout.
The work involved included: the main house kitchen,island, … and server pass-throughs (quartersawn maple with birds eye maple panels), the apartment kitchen and island(hand-painted murals), a built-in painted hutch, multiple vanities with undermount and vessel sinks, built-in bookcases, our Princeton Secretary, and two walls of cabinetry including a wet bar for the pool house.
