We take personalization seriously. Recently, the Heidi Li was delivered to the Calico Manor on Embassy Row in Georgetown. This piece was based off of a similar rotating bookcase made in 2011 - both from CustomMade.com. Personalization specifics included a combination of bird's eye maple with … Bolivian walnut to make a beautiful rotating bookcase; the contract between the species is striking. The Heidi Li is 47" tall by 13.5" wide and deep. She rotates on a lazy Susan for years of spinning around.

Rotating Bookcase Project

Jeff worked with me to achieve a rotating bookcase that surpassed my expectations. I had the basic idea of what I wanted and then Jeff's knowledge of wood meant I ended up with a gorgeous walnut and maple piece, with beautiful dovetailing. Jeff sent photographs at every stage of the the process and delivered the piece right to me. All in all, a terrific transaction.
