The top of this C.R. Mackintosh inspired table is held in place by its three legs like a precious gem set in a ring. The heft of the three solid cherry panels is balanced by the pairs of small square holes in their centers, creating a pleasing negative space. The bottom stringers are joined to the legs with through wedged mortise-and-tenon joints. Shown here in solid cherry.
