This is a bed that was designed by a customer. It is an example and all aspects can be changed or modified from the finish to wood choice. This customer basically told me they wanted drawers, a panel headboard with rosettes on the corners in black. I suggested using the oak wood for texture and … using a red undercoated instead of black for the base. This allow me to rub through the finish and expose the red. Very nice looking effect.

It has a little different drawer pedestal then I normally make. It has four smaller drawers toward the head on each side and then a larger drawer at the foot.

This bed was completed on June 2011.
