This Seattle remodel was a cabinet intensive project. The home owner and General contractor came to BTBC independently and with the designer the 4 parties collaborated to produce beautiful results. The cabinets are a traditional Arts and Crafts design with full overlay doors and drawers and face frame construction. Each cabinet was specifically customize for the client to meet all her needs in the kitchen.
The wood is salvaged old growth from My.St Helen blow down 30 years ago. The grain is tight and clear as any fir we've come across here in the Northwest.
