This box has two doors that swing up at a 45 degree angle to reveal six lift-out trays. The body is turned from shop-made mahogany plywood, the trays are maple burl, and the hinges, pulls and feet are ebony. Each tray has a tenon on its lower back edge that fits into a slot in the back wall of the box. The price is $4000.
