Mike Salguero

(CEO/ Co-Founder)

Mike brings ten years of sales, project management, and team leadership experience to CustomMade.com. In college, he worked full-time in various sales positions. After graduating in 2004 he launched an apparel line, managing 15 company accounts and ten salespeople. He returned to the corporate world in 2005 to become a project manager at JPI, a national real-estate development corporation which has received acclaim for its use of fact-based decision modeling. Mike and Seth met in college, and together founded The Junto Group, a Boston-based discussion forum focused on civic involvement and self improvement (www.TheJuntoGroup.com). Mike completed his undergraduate work at Boston University and received an MBA from Babson College.

Seth Rosen

(CFO/ Co-Founder)

Seth's strong finance, business strategy, and tax background is invaluable to CustomMade. His specialty is capital structure strategy and financing. To date, he has completed in excess of $850 million dollars in debt and equity placements, including transaction ranging from $5MM to $350MM in size. He was formerly Vice President and Shareholder at Colliers Meredith & Grew where he worked in the firm's Capital Markets Group. He was the youngest partner in the firm's history; it was founded in 1875. Seth completed his undergraduate degree at Boston University, where he attended on a full academic scholarship. He also holds an MBA and a Masters of Science in Taxation from Bentley University.

Ryan Detzel

VP, Engineering

With a career history that includes three startups there are not many open source technologies that Ryan hasn't researched, implemented or used. Over his 15+ year career not only has Ryan learned how to create incredible software on schedule and on budget, but he also has a talent for driving and assisting others in doing the same. Ryan formerly served as Director of Engineering at Chitika, which is a full-service on-line advertising network serving over 3 billion monthly impressions across more than 100,000 websites.

Adam Giuffre

VP, Marketing

Adam Giuffre is a Massachusetts native who has worked for Boston-based startups for the majority of his career. He received his Marketing degree from Bryant University and is currently moonlighting as a graduate student at Bentley University. As Director of Acquisition Marketing his role is to spread the word about CustomMade and connect interested consumers with our talented makers - so you can help him by telling your friends about us! Adam is an avid sports fan, golf hacker, world traveler, and is gradually learning how to ski.

Rhiannon Agosti

VP, Administration

Rhiannon Agosti started at CustomMade.com as a respite from taking care of a 2-year-old. She finds managing an office of developers and sales people much less stressful than dealing with small children. Having worked in publishing for most of her career, she's now embracing technology and trying to give up her addiction to paper filing. Rhiannon does laundry for fun, a pastime which is interspersed with the delights of potty training.
