This spacious dresser is not strictly in the Tansu style but has been inspired by some elements of Tansu as well as traditional Japanese architecture. The large graduated drawers are fitted with graduated iron tansu pulls. All of my drawer construction is accomplished with hand-cut dovetails and natural white pine drawer bottoms. Aromatic cedar can be substituted for the white pine upon request.
