Constructed with solid cherry. Raised panel doors with extra molding added. This was made to order for a client based on another piece that they had. This is one of the most intensely detailed pieces I've had the fortune to construct. The wood was itself very inspiring. I've heard it said that you can read the adversities that a tree faces in looking at the grain, and various color changes. I suppose just as adversity builds character in people so in wood.
