Here we have a desk that was designed and built to fit a new, modern home in Naples, Florida. The desk matches the various tones in the room, consisting of stainless steel, walnut, and Italian leather. The client did not want visible handles, so I added touch-sensitive drawer fronts that when … slightly pushed, motorize themselves out. When you're ready to close, just push and the blumotion slides gently slide the drawers back in without slamming. The walnut was finish with a custom matched gray stain, and top-coated with a flat clear coat.
