This is the door to my workshop office. It is solid Red Oak with Maple and Padauk inlays. All joinery is handmade mortise and tenon. Wedged through tenons were used on the hinge side with floating tenons on the latch side. Raised panels are floating. This door is 42" wide and is hinged with four 4" ball bearing hinges to carry the weight.
