Stained Glass Cabinet Door Inserts

This pair of stained glass cabinet doors was commissioned for a residence. The photo shows the stained glass inserts prior to installation because sunlight make for a better photo than the interior lighting in the cabinets (which looked good, too, to the human eye but not to a camera).

These stained glass panels were constructed with lead. The lead and solder were darkened to a charcoal gray with a chemical patina.

The size of these panels was just over 4' high.
