Inspiration as a memory.
The client for this project told me she loved clovers. She recalled to me a cherished childhood memory of her, her mother, and her grandmother all spending time together, looking for four-leaf clovers in the immense clover patch at her childhood home in Nebraska. This vivid … fragment of days gone by, inspired me to design this side-mounted Clover leaf motif stair railing, hand-forged in the old California tradition. It features traditional joinery and a hand-rubbed blackened patina finish.
