I call this a Statement Table because it is designed as an entryway table or for placement along a wall under a large mirror or painting to make a statement.

The top is made of inch thick cherry with breadboards at either end. The cage holding the drawers is … made from walnut. Within the cage a cherry box made with handcut dovetails holds two drawers. The drawer fronts are Honey Maple. The legs are made from 34 layers of mesquite boards sculpted into 180 degree spirals.
