We love our piece because it incorporates functional space perfectly with a sense of humor. The use of odd bits and pieces in surprising places, and the colors of her design reflect a sense of whimsy which is a unique quality of the artist Laura Silber.
Vintage hardware including transom window chains, upholstery tacks, and Victorian trunk latches give this Steampunk clothing cupboard its unique look. Case color is Seafoam. Upper door is Palace Arms Red over Goldenrod, with an antique Victorian heating grate inset. Lower door is the reverse paint effect, with vintage tin ceiling panel inset. Piece has fixed interior shelves and can be used for linen & clothing storage, or for pantry & china storage.
