Mike Salguero 

Chief Executive Officer

Mike Salguero brings a passion for technology and loves applying it to help solve age-old problems like the once-complicated process of buying something custom. Mike grew up in Massachusetts and went to school in Boston, where he met his co-founder Seth. When he is not in the office, Mike is an avid lover of the outdoors and enjoys activities such as running, cycling, driving, and SCUBA diving.

Seth Rosen 

Chief Financial Officer

Seth Rosen likes the objects and people in his life to be as unique as he is. He co-founded CustomMade with a vision to make custom services more accessible to the average consumer. Seth is steadfastly supported in pursuing the CustomMade vision by one loving wife, one partially-shaved house cat, a group of incredible investors and advisors, and the very best team of people anywhere. Seth loves to SCUBA dive, and can often be found early on weekend mornings breathing from a steel cylinder deep in the 45 degree waters of the Atlantic.

Adam Giuffre 

VP, Marketing

Adam is a performance marketer who has held positions within local start-ups his entire career. He applies his background in customer acquisition across all marketing channels for CustomMade to drive growth and promote its vision. In his previous position as Director of Media for Pangea Media, his targeted media buying and business development efforts increased site traffic from 3 million to over 35 million unique visits per month. Adam has an MBA from Bentley University and a B.S. in Marketing from Bryant University.

Ryan Detzel 

VP, Engineering

With a career history that includes three startups there are not many open source technologies that Ryan hasn't researched, implemented or used. Over his 15+ year career not only has Ryan learned how to create incredible software on schedule and on budget, but he also has a talent for driving and assisting others in doing the same. Ryan formerly served as Director of Engineering at Chitika, which is a full-service on-line advertising network serving over 3 billion monthly impressions across more than 100,000 websites.

Amy Eastment 

Director of Product

Amy combines a background in technology and art to research and help design pleasant and effective user experiences for the CustomMade site. Prior to joining the team, she lead QA & UX efforts for a variety of start-ups both here and in Silicon Valley. She hails from the sunny Everglades in FL and is a graduate of MIT. Amy is also a Maker herself, with a background that includes blacksmithing, mask-making, sculpting, and painting.

Ken Hoffmann 

Senior Web Developer

Ken is a Senior Web Developer at CustomMade and is responsible for enhancing the functionality of the site and keeping it running smoothly. He grew up in Maine, New York, and Pennsylvania, steadily moving southward, and graduated from the University of Richmond with a major in Music Composition and History and a minor in Computer Science. He worked for several years in online media, building websites for news organizations that had to both support heavy traffic and remain flexible enough to be rapidly updated and re-built to cover breaking news. In 2010, he reversed course and moved north from sunny Virginia to Boston to join the company's development team and is excited to be working at his first startup, reacting to new challenges every day.

John Macey 

Front-End Developer

As a front-end web developer, John knows how to transform designs into functional, aesthetic web sites. He has a background in marketing and previously worked internationally, most recently in Germany. John brings a love of travel and adventure to the CustomMade family. When he's not in front of his computer, you can find him globetrotting, at the gym or running in adventure races.

Tim O’Brien 

Senior UI Designer, Front-End Developer

Tim O’Brien is a designer and front-end developer committed to creating great user experiences on CustomMade. A Massachusetts native, Tim stayed local by attending Boston College and gaining experience at TripAdvisor in Newton. Tim came to CustomMade because he loves the idea of bringing high quality, unique products to as many people as possible. Tim is excited to bring his passion for testing and iterating on design to help achieve that goal.

Rhiannon Agosti 

VP, Administration

Having worked with the team since 2009, Rhiannon is used to the unusual requests her colleagues throw at her: "Where can we buy a keg?"; "Is the office arcade game working?"; "Has my custom-made golf club arrived yet?" She takes it in her stride, knowing that providing administrative services to this group beats staying at home with a 4-year-old, playing an eternal game of Go Fish.

Reid Angwin 

Director, Maker Support

With a healthy coffee addiction and a mischievous look, Reid heads the Maker Support team. It's his job to make posting and maintaining profiles as easy as possible for our artisans. Have questions about profile layout, getting the most exposure on Custommade, or technical details? Reid is your man! When he isn't drinking coffee and Custommading, he is playing his guitar.

Nader Khalil 

Director, Maker Success

Nader Khalil works in business development and is excited to get to work every morning. Along with most of the business development team, he is a graduate of Ithaca College, where he studied Management and Finance. He enjoys listening to most styles of music and playing pretty much any sports. He recently moved to the Boston area from Rochester, NY.

Eric Toczko 

Director, Business Development

Eric Toczko loves creativity and slogans such as "hold my beer, watch this." As part of the Business Development team, he is excited about giving the old school artisan trades a voice online and putting some of the oldest professions in the world back into the spotlight. He loves to travel the world and sees spontaneity as a virtue. He lives by the motto of making "bold moves" and thinks taking risks are necessary to realize your full potential.

Joseph Kelly 

Maker Success

Joe really loves working on behalf of all the Makers at CustomMade.com. He was an apprentice leather-smith for a year in Steamboat Springs, CO and has a true passion for the unique artisans on the site. Joe has an M.B.A from Babson College and a B.A. in Economics from Saint Joseph's University.

Tammy Kingan 

Maker Acquisition

Astronaut. Olympian. Cat Lady. Team Edward. None of these words describe Tammy, but she does appreciate that they exist. Tammy went to school for Marine Biology and was actually a high school Science teacher before joining the Business Development Team. Her mother is an artist who dabbled in jewelry, painting, book binding, glassblowing, metalworking, silk, and even interpretive dance, so Tammy has grown up surrounded by artists. After hearing her parents tell the same mortifying story about painting the walls with the contents of her diaper being told to boyfriend after boyfriend, she decided to go back to being an artist herself. She currently works for CustomMade while also working as a live blacklight painter for various concerts in the city of Boston.
