The Girls In Yellow
CustomMade by Darcy Meeker
The copper is first hand-tooled using a variety of sculptural tools to get different textures, patterns, and images. The the tooled copper is torched with a handheld propane torch. This process brings out intense and vibrant heat patinas in the metal. Finally, the copper is painted using a variety of different paints for their respective opaque and translucent properties. The end result is a glowing work of art that reflects light and enlivens any space it inhabits.
