Ordering a custom tote is easy as 1-2-3.
1. Describe what text or graphics you would like to have custom carved on your tote. Indicate location, i.e., on the long sides or on the short ends.
2. An estimate will be provide by email that will include a digital rendition of the carving for you review.
3. Once you review and approved the rendition work on your project will start. Generally your project will be completed and ready for shipment within 2 weeks, but may require longer depending on the complexity of the carving being requested.

David was very prompt and professional. He listened to my design ideas for my serving tray and produced exactly what I wanted. It came out prettier than I ever imagined! David was extremely helpful in the ordering process. He was very kind and generous. He didn't hesitate to make what I wanted and was able to visualize what I wanted through our correspondence.
