We are so grateful to CustomMade for linking us with HnL Woodworking. From the beginning to end, Brenda listened, communicated and delivered. The table she created for us is perfect in every way. When the delivery went a bit awry through no fault of Brenda, she followed through and the wait was all worthwhile.

Brenda went above and beyond to deliver a product that we were happy with. As a newbie to the custom ordering process, I neglected to share specifics on the height we wanted for the sofa or the slat widths. We communicated with Brenda after she'd delivered the beautifully finished project and she helped us achieve an amazing product. I'd advise future buyers to get crystal clear on what you want beforehand so that Brenda can deliver it. It wasn't her fault that I left out the information, but she took full ownership of the project. We couldn't be happier with our experience. Also, for all of you folks worried about reducing toxins in your home and being more eco-friendly, Brenda is knowledgeable and skilled at working with non-toxic products. That was very important to us, and we're grateful to have worked with someone in the know.

After moving into our new place we wanted to have a unique looking dining table made to a high standard which would last for many years, not just a cookie cutter type from a retail store. We were apprehensive at first not just because this was the first time we decided to purchase a piece of furniture without seeing the item but it was also our first time using CustomMade. However, Brenda completely understood and made the whole experience a joy and quickly put our fears at ease. We traded ideas back and forth to eventually come to a decision on the style, materials and the final look which all fitted within our budget. Brenda kept us constantly updated throughout the whole process with pictures at each stage of the manufacturing process and if we had any questions or concerns she quickly responded. This is a preliminary review, because although the project has just been completed, I won't be able to take delivery for a couple of weeks due to work being done on the room where the item will be installed; thus, I have not actually seen the finished product. That said, Brenda has been terrific! She asked all the right questions, listened to the answers, and kept me informed throughout with progress updates and pics. From what I can tell from the photos, the item looks great and is an exact match with the 2 existing units that will be on either side of it. Her skill in matching grain and color is outstanding, and she has exactly replicated the trim. I'm looking forward to seeing the final version, and Brenda has kindly offered to store the item for me until the room is ready. Terrific customer service! Will provide a final review when I take delivery, but expect a great product based on what I've seen to date.

Working with HnL Woodworking was a pleasure. She's not only very talented but also flexible to last minute suggestions/changes. I will definitely work with HnL again.
