With a modern seat to give a balance of a combination of 2 different period of time in a comfortable rocking chair. The idea is to use the traditional tools from classic industrial styles to design something modern at the same time. We wanted to not only have just a rocking chair but also relate to other subjects to remind people how things were made and why they were relevant to the world.
