Walnut/Birdseye Maple/Curly Maple Box

Bottom section is made from Black Walnut. Top section is made from Birdseye Maple. Top has a Walnut band with Curly/Figured Maple Inlay. Top section fits into lower section and the top fits both sections. Interiors have removable divider inserts and also have a blue felt liner. Finish is four coats of Gloss Lacquer. Similar box can be made from any combination of wood desired.

Hinged wooden box

I was very pleased with my hinged wooden box. I wanted a simple design and Steve delivered a beautiful box that met all of my criteria. His communication was clear, he kept me informed of progress along the way and delivered just what I wanted in the time frame outlined at the start. I would definitely recommend working with this maker.
