We were commissioned for this restaurant wine storage system by new owners who had had us do their residential cellar before they had a clue they were going to buy a restaurant. Primary concern was to have a showpiece for the clientele that would also be climate controlled. An equally important feature is having private lockers for the restaurant's Wine Club members. 102 private locker cubes
were created. Inventory control and organization was an important request. This project is having the desired results
with clients, owners, staff , members and the general public who keep coming back for more!
