THE LIQUID PLANET in Missoula, Montana needed a signature fixture. We designed and collaborated with CNC technicians and an artist who had previously worked on floats for the Rose Bowl Parade. A perfect assignment for him was our foam and stucco polar caps carefully executed so as to not resemble an ornament or broken egg. It was a fun project that continues to reward everyone associated with it.
