A glamorous 1920's vintage style wedding cloche hat in pewter/silver sinamay for a summer wedding. It has been made by hand blocking sinamay and accented with a pearl and sequin encrusted floral print lace applique made from the finest fabric available. I applied the applique by cutting out the design and hand stitching it to the hat as if it were a intricate applique. The hat band and bound brim are done in a sterling silver satin. I used this same satin to make a bow for the back of the hat and hand made ribbon type flowers. An heirloom quality hat for any special occasion.
