3 Ribbons Floating Wall Panel | Solid Purple Heart & Birdseye Maple
The wood for this piece was hand selected for the beauty of its grain, stability of its structure and purity of its color. No stains or dyes were used in the making of the piece and all colors shown are the natural colors of the wood.
The ribbons are constructed of Birdseye Maple whose grain seems to dance in the light. The panel on which the ribbons set measures 24" wide by 18.5" tall and is made of solid quarter sawn Purple Heart, which has a deep rich purple color. The panel is reinforced by two purple heart backer strips which also function as the mounting system for the piece. When mounted, via a simple cleat system, the panel is spaced approximately 3/4" inch from the wall and appears to be floating.
