Live Edge Slab Dining Table With Curved Maple Base
A 40" wide red oak slab table currently available for immediate sale. This table is 7' long with asymmetrically cut arc ends.
Base in ambrosia silver maple is artfully curved laminated solid wood with a wedged through-tenon maple stretcher and Angelim Pedra wood details.
Top is a single piece slab of red oak. Nearly perfect with only two small cracks on one end - stabilized with deep and precisely cut Angelim Pedra butterfly inlays. We take pride in our perfectly cut inlays and each butterfly is cut 1/2 to 3/4 of the depth of the slab for adequate strength.
This table is finished in Vermont Coatings urethane - an environmentally friendly finish made from the left over by products of cheese making.
