Optimizing Wood and Steel in this project was key! Shown is a table built with Douglas Fir and 3/8 Welded Chain. We use jigs to ensure EVERY table is built to our specs and tolerances. 7ga. Steel plate was used for the brackets to ensure stability, and finished with a VERY durable black textured powder coat. The Douglas Fir has a charred finish not stain. We use a propane flame to get the color and depth of the grain out of the wood , followed by 5 coats of sprayed polyurethane. The results are remarkable, and very unique. The finishing touches include stainless and zinc coated hardware to prevent corrosion, and 4-8 leveling feet, depending on the customer request. This table is COMPLETELY customizable from the height, length, color of paint, and wood used.
