We could not be happier with the beautiful range hood Fine Design Fabrication created for us.... We had previously contracted with another design firm to create a custom hood for our remodel project, but after almost a year of unfulfilled promises and absolutely no progress, we sought out someone else and ended up here at Custommade. To say I was a bit leery of starting all over with another company I found online and was on the opposite end of the country from me is an understatement. But, from the moment I initiated communication with FDF, I knew I couldn't have found a better company. Their communication and professionalism was outstanding...and they virtually held my hand through some very difficult "fit" issues in our kitchen. The end product was even more beautiful than I had imagined it could be, and the packaging and shipping was amazing. Although we were not able to install the hood immediately upon receipt, the company patiently checked in periodically to see if they could offer us assistance. And when someone on our end accidentally damaged the finish in a spot on the hood we were waiting for it to be installed, FDF went above and beyond their obligations to help us come up with a creative resolution to the issue. I would highly recommend FDF to anyone.... They are clearly experts at what they do, and do it with a blend of professionalism and personalized and caring service that sets them far and apart from other companies.
