The goal was to encase an old cadillac push tab radio in a wood box with speakers and wire it for use with a 12 volt battery. The sides are made of pine and the top is oak. Both are finished with a polyurethane coating. The speakers are on either side and can be heard through holes drilled in a diamond design. The back can be removed by undoing six screws. The rest is glued and held with finishing nails.
