The adirondack chair was originally designed to be easy to construct out of wood using metal fasteners. With the purpose of being a sturdy, portable chair to enjoy the scenery of the Adirondack mountains. "Antipode" is our take on an American classic with an unusual twist.
"Antipode" was designed with a non-traditional approach for an Adirondack chair, using metal for the seat and wooden fasteners. Our intention was to create a chair with a design that holds true to the original Adirondack while playfully engaging new ideas with traditional designs.
