Antique Door Table
This table is fashioned out of stall door from a mule barn built around 1850. the door itself is made of cherry and poplar. The aprons are white-oak and the legs are cherry capped in white oak to match the aprons.
The hinges on the door are original.
The base including the legs is rabbeted out so the leg sits down flush with aprons.
The door was taken apart and much of the original tongue-and-groove joinery was repaired and cleaned then put back together.
