I searched for months for an oversized (7") newel post emulating the design and workmanship of 100 years ago for our farmhouse. I found Bill Pinion's site and can only say the whole experience of working with Bill has been delightful from start to finish. Top notch craftsmanship, first class professionalism.
These stools were made from recycled antique heart pine that came out of a textile mill that was built in 1898. the patina in this wood is absolutely beautiful
