This case involves a scaled, detailed architectural model for a Recreation Center in Rifle, CO
The owner provided a digital file based in Sketchup, however this project had to be separated into multiple 3D prints due to volume limitations of most 3D printers.
Owner provided digital files were prepped digitally, then the produced solid forms were hollowed in order to reduce overall material use and 3D printing time.
Our deliverables on this project included graphic images of the digital model, and a proofed STL or OBJ file, ready for 3D print on a number of available 3D printers.
