Inlaid Cedar And Boxwood Bride's Chest

This magnificent inlay work of mixed woods was inspired by a 17th C. Spanish bride's chest of approximately half this size. Chests such as this were used to store a variety of personal items, such as dowries, documents, family jewels, and other small belongings.
