A hall entry table in the Arts and Crafts style, from a design by Mike Pekovich. Quarter sawn white oak is used in this table and has an art tile inlay on top. The tiles are from Motawi, the four end tiles being an art nouveau tulip design. Breadboard ends on the top create a contrasting grain pattern. There are three dovetailed drawers with drop ring pulls. The drawer case is dovetailed as well. The arched stretchers are fastened to the legs with draw bored mortise and tenons. Dimensions, 50 inches wide, 16.5 inches deep, 33 inches high. If desired, the table top can be crafted with a matching species of wood instead of tile.
