These small handmade dishes are a perfect size for serving small appetizers like little cream puffs, olives, egg rolls, pot stickers or even a side dish like asparagus, bread sticks, etc. It's also just the perfect size for an ear of corn on the cob! Put your butter in the tray and roll the ear around the tray -- it won't get away from you!

I created these 1" high x 2" wide x 8" long tray out of white stoneware clay and then added a colorful design for the interior. It features colorful flowers and often a creature such as an owl, fox, wolf, bird, etc. I used pottery stains and glazes for the color and sealed it all in with a translucent glaze.

I make these trays in many colors: greens, blues, purples, peach, yellow or am happy to create one for you in the color of your choice. Just let me know the colors you'd like, and I'll let you know if I have something to ship immediately or will need to make one for you. It will take a few weeks to complete a custom order.

It's very durable and may be used in the oven, microwave and dishwasher.
