Aurora Arch-Top Guitar

This is an example of my flagship model, the Aurora. With a 16.25 inch lower bout width and a 25 inch scale length, it is well suited for fingerstyle and plectrum playing styles. The central sound hole gives it a sound somewhere between that of the "F" hole jazz guitar and a flat-top acoustic: loud, full bodied and resonant.
Hand carved Sitka spruce top, Back of katalox with a cocobolo center stripe. Sides, fret board, headcap and pickguard of cocobolo. Honduran mahogany neck, bloodwood appointments. Mother of pearl chevron fret markers and peg-head script. Tail piece is of cocobolo and is anchored by friction in a dove tail.
This model is available in a variety of woods including curly maple, Oregon myrtle, ebony, cocobolo, koa, Alaskan yellow cedar.
Spruce or cedar top wood, rosewood, ebony or cocobolo fingerboard and a variety of trims. There are three tailpieces available: violin style, friction fit hardtail and coming soon, cast bronze of my own design.
As with all of my instruments, yours can be tailored to fit your preferred dimensions for optimum playability
