This is a simple footstool with four ball and claw feet. The feet were hand carved from solid mahogany. The stool is held together with mortise and tenon joinery. The seat is a traditionally upholstered slip-seat. This stool was built for an episode of Rough Cut Woodworking with Tommy Mac on WGBH.
