Barn Wood Strongbox
◊ This box is made from barn wood panels 1" thick.
◊ The standard dimensions are 24"- 60" long x 24" wide x 24" tall, but many different sizes are possible.
◊ The box comes with your choice of an open top or a lid.
◊ The lid is attached with STAY PUT hinges which will maintain the position you open the top to.
◊ The inside of the box is milled wood.
◊ The bottom of the box is plywood with a veneer on top to match the interior.
◊ The interior of the box is finished with a Hard Wax Oil.
◊ The wood on the exterior will vary in appearance from board to board and will likely include nail holes, knots, broken knots, cracks, splits, color variation and texture variation.
◊ You have the option to leave the barn wood unfinished to to have a protective Hard Wax Oil applied.
◊ Rubber feet are attached to the bottom to help protect your floors and hold the box in place.
