This 25" three-legged modernist stool is based on the one I designed for, and use daily at, my studio. The bicycle-style seat is very comfortable and low-stress. The footpeg goes through the front leg for maximum stability on the three legs.

Made from four species of wood: Black cherry seat, white ash legs, hickory braces, bubinga footpeg. The footpeg and is fastened in place with diagonally wedged square Brazilian rosewood pegs.
