Hand-Blocked Black Velour Double Brim Fedora With Bird

This sophisticated black 1930's style fedora hat is hand blocked by me-Anne using classic millinery techniques. The shape is unique. The velour felt is blocked on a vintage hat block. It's finished with black leather hand-cut bird appliqué. No glue used.
All my hats are meticulously hand-blocked and hand-stitched in my NYC studio.  I  use classic, centuries-old couture millinery techniques & new techniquess in my work.  I learned how to make hats over 15 years ago working for Broadway milliners in NYC.  I still make hats for Broadway shows, movies and tv.

This hat is hand sewn with a inside grosgrain headsize ribbon in which fits small/medium size heads.
Fits 21-23.5"head.
Please provide head-size for a custom fit. Measure your head whee the hat will sit on your head (start in the front of your forehead, wrap the tape measure around the back of your head straight and parallel to your forehead. Allow 1/4-1/2 inch for comfort room.
