This is a very short scale guitar. It is tuned A to A. The scale length and tuning are the same as putting a capo on the fifth fret of a standard guitar. What it's small body lacks in bass response, the Seedling makes up for with thick, powerful trebles. It excels at single note melody runs and "jangly" rhythm playing. In a recording setting, it is great for adding a unique voice to a guitar mix. The seedling is a handy travel guitar, as well. This example is Indian rosewood with a redwood soundboard.
