Blanket Chest
Blanket chest made with curly cherry on Chippendale-style ogee bracket feet. This chest is made from premium solid Pennsylvania cherry. The boards for the front and sides come from the same log so that the continuous grain wraps around the chest for a clean look that allows the spectacular figure of the wood to attract all of the attention. The front corners are mitered and the rear corners are dovetailed. The floor of the chest is made of ship lapped solid cedar planks. Dimensions are 39"wide x 29"tall x 19"deep, but can be customized to your needs, along with choice of wood.
