Blue Painted Dresser

This poor dresser had been left out in the rain and had a deep burn mark on the top. The drawers were falling apart and I replaced the bottoms with 1/4 inch plywood and reassembled them. After washing and completely sanding down the dresser, I filled the burn hole with wood putty. I primed it with a tinted primer and then followed that with two coats of Azurite Blue by Martha Stewart which is a lot darker than it appears in the photos.

This dresser is solid and so well-made, I am so glad I was able to ReGroovynate it and save it from a land fill.
