Brother's Desk
My brother is a college student with a new apartment. He needed a new desk that would fit in his room. We built it so that he could put his monitor up on the shelf so it was out of the way and he could have lots of room to work. He wanted the real wood look at a cheaper price. We decided to use 3/4" oak plywood for the top of the desk. We then trimmed out all the edges with solid oak to give it a hardwood look throughout.
